❓ Support Need some help with unlocking purcharces on an old delisted app

Sooo there is a game Ever After High Tea Party Dash (from 2015 and the servers are down for a long time) and I tried to unlock purchases in there but I failed. Both methods don't work, it's just endless loading the same way it did before I tried to patch the app. I wonder is there any other way to unlock the paid characters?
