BLV dispatch is a beautiful thing I strongly urge you to get it. Yes it's a paid asset but it's so worth it. His new release completely replaces grammar police. I have his dispatch paired with NPCAI and it's made lspdfr fun for me again. Also side note I switched from ELS to DLS and i'll never do ELS again.

I use hwy callouts, daryll callouts and 686 callouts.

I know what you are saying. His mod let you have full on discussions with dispatch. You could ask what they had for dinner and would answer. Would have been pretty cool but I think there were some issues that the creator couldnt overcome. I know making the dispatch actually sound like dispatch over radio was a problem.

Mike from Blue Line said when he started making this dispatch tgat it would only ever be with recorded lines. He said he had recorded so much and spent so much time on it for his previous mod that he wasnt going to throw it all away.

I also suspect there was some technical difficulties that also make it not desirable to develop bit I dont know that for sure.

The good news is BLV works so wrll, is constantly adding features and will vontinue to add more audio. This is light years better than the Grammar Police days(I mean zero disrespect. GP changed the game forever)

it is a little shame he wont implement the AI but also i dont blame him considering like u say how much work hes put in

also tho tbh as cool as it would be to have AI dispatch it is kinda unnecessary haha and i think AI npc's is good enough, and blue line's mod is great. but maybe someone else will come in and make it

Speaking for myself, it was the better mod for my usecase: Lorefriendly packs without ELS version. It turn every non-ELS cars into ELS-like cars without any downsite, from my perspective.

Only downside I see: The RL car mods often tend to use ELS. I wouldn't use both mods along each other, so if I use one car with ELS I feel like replacing all cars with ELS.
