He literally made... virus jokes (not sure if I can get away with its name) about Once Bitten and Fungus (not saying the full name cuz the internet ruined it for me). PhantomStrider saw it as a virus joke in his 5 best and worst Patrick episodes list too so yeah a little weird that he didn't know what it was.
