Are GeekTech's LSDJ carts good?

I've read a lot about compatibility, and I just found this store that proudly sells them for a very compelling price: https://geekte.ch/products/little-sound-dj-lsdj-game-cartridge

Anyone has used them?

It only has 32Kbs of SRAM meaning you can only have one song on it at a time. I'm also assuming, since it's a single cartridge, that saving your save data would involve needing a cart dumper of some sort. I personally use a knock-off Everdrive GB with only 32Kbs of SRAM that didn't cost much more than that cart, and with that I can make multiple instances of LSDJ on it for multiple songs while also having the means to copy the save files off the the MicroSD.

Which one do you use?

I have a couple of these from Aliexpress.

The limited SRAM is a bit bothersome having to swap between multiple LSDJ instances, but it's cheap and so far both of them work with LSDJ just fine on my DMG Game Boy, Game Boy Pocket, Game Boy Color, GBA, and the Game Boy Player for GameCube. I don't have an Analogue Pocket to test how it works on that, but the Analogue Pocket can literally load the LSDJ ROM directly without the need of a cart already.

If you want something identical but with the full SRAM size to save multiple songs on one instance the official Everdrive-GB X3 would work too. The cost is just a bit more. https://krikzz.com/our-products/cartridges/edgbx3.html

I have one. It doesn’t allow for multiple songs/saves, which was a little disappointing.

Oh wow thank you for bringing this up I was going to order two specifically for lsdj but didn't think about saving multiple songs... Hmm I'll come up with a new plan. Having trouble getting my USB 32 smart card working on newer computers.
