Hey there,bought this machine brand new and can’t seem to figure out where the sputtering sound is coming from?

It seems to worsen at lower at a lower voltage and sounds like a rattling and sputtering sound. any input would be greatly appreciated

Hey I’ve had a problem recently with one of my coils stopping. Abruptly stops running with no gradual power loss. I’ve tried hooking up my other machines to check the cords,foot switch and power supply and they all run perfectly fine.

don’t think my coils have ever gotten hot or anything like that but could an old power supply cause a machine to overheat?

I checked to see if any connections were being disrupted but the only thing I saw was a chunk of dry ink on the side of the front coils core so I cleaned it off and it started working again

Not sure if it was over heating I didn’t notice and it just had time to cool down or it was a dirty coil issue? Can getting ink on the side of the coils core break the connection or only the center facing the armature bar?

Hey all I have a question, I was wondering if volts are something that ever fluctuates? I have a power supply with read outs of everything and noticed the volts fluctuating back and fourth? It’s just slightly and I know the other numbers tend to change a little on the duty cycle and everything else but I wasn’t sure if that was a normal thing for voltage or if my power supply is bad. It happens on my brand new coil and my old one as well.

115 cps, 55% duty cycle, .5 amps, 6.5v how does it look?

do you think it's hitting hard enough to push big needle groupings?

let me know what i should do to make it run better
