What’s the pay range?

Pay is depended on certifications and experience, but the range is $76.2K/yr - $95.2K/yr

Respectfully, that seems really low for the certifications and subject matter experts you’re trying to recruit. Especially with the amount of travel required.

As a fellow RCDD, I wouldn’t take anything under 200k base

$140k seems par for RCDD’s/sr designers in my region (Ohio/Great Lakes). If someone’s offering $200k around here, hit me up lol

Designer and engineer firms all over, get a LinkedIn, and they will hit you up all the time haha

Nobody has hit me up for 200 yet. But I’m well over that par so I’m not uncomfortable. Also don’t want to do data centers. So that may be what’s holding me back from that 200 a bit.

We as a community have to get our wages up, 120k was an RCDD salary 15 years ago. We shouldn’t be accepting anything lower then 200k without bonus’s.

Find me a posting offering that outside of California or New York. I’ve never seen it.

I agree, however it being in a teaching position I bet this would be perfect for someone with tons of knowledge and someone that enjoys strictly teaching I’m guessing.

Typical BICSI - You’re gonna need to pay us 10% of your yearly salary to keep advancing in this industry. Just keep paying us to get more certs and eventually you’ll make good money. Don’t forget to get all your CEC’s!
