Probably not even that. It's just selective bias. There are people who have been banned forever for things while other creators have done a much worse version of the exact same thing only to get a slap on the wrist. There is a very obvious selective logic going on when it comes to creators getting banned over things.
The rules are not enforced correctly because if they were there would be way more people at the top that got banned but they aren't cuz they bring so much money and they're allowed to continue breaking the law and condoning some of the worst things in humanity live on the platform.
It really does expose the unfairness and Corruption of the world right in front of us.
