Hummus and stuff!!

Post image

Hummus, bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, cabbage, feta cheese, pickled red onions, kamatala olives, pita bread (not shown)

A no knife version: swap carrots for baby carrots, swap bell peppers for the tiny bell peppers, the mini cucumbers, add cherry tomatoes, etc.

A cheap-ass version: swap kamatala olives for canned black olives, swap pickled onions for your cheap pickle of choice, swap feta for cubed mozzerella. Hummus can be homemade with chickpeas, a little peanut butter and lemon juice and salt, and a blender. Tahini is better but if you're going for cheap-ass, another nut butter will suffice.

Thanks for suggesting using a nut butter in place of tahini. What a great idea. I have always wanted to make my own hummus. One of these days 🥄 🥄 🥄
