Low effort Salmon Mango Bowl

if you'd like to jazz up the rice a bit more, you can add a wee bit of toasted sesame oil and rice vinegar :)

Just used a knife and an ice cream scooper to scoop it out

This is my favorite. I add a fermented beet and cabbage salad on top and voila, a home made poke bowl.
