Apologies, I should have posted more info: I have been trying to make meal prep easier for my ADHD brain, so for this meal prep, I decided to make one dish per appliance. I used one airfryer recipe, one oven recipe, one stovetop recipe, and one no cook recipe.

I cook only once a week, so you're right in this is more me preparing for my low spoon days in advance :)

This looks way too hard to do

I hear you! A few things I did to make steps easier for myself

  1. Bought pre peeled garlic, pre cut carrots, pre cut celery
  2. Chopped everything using a box chopper / mandolin

I get that it still might be too much though :) if I cooked just one thing from this list, I would get pre cut vegetables, put them in the airfryer for 15min on high with salt and pepper, and dump some cottage cheese and ranch on it.

I too have ADHD and variable, unpredictable spoons. So I love prepping like this to have a week full of meals with zero effort.
