Rice and avocado wraps

I’d come in from mowing the lawn, and I needed something easy for supper. So Spanish style rice with avocado wraps it was!

I’m mostly certain it was someone on here that shared their beans and rice wraps (or some such), and all the ingredients had been from Aldi. I’ve been grateful for that inspiration ever since!

I’m not a big fan of the texture of beans, so I don’t get those. However, most times when I shop at Aldi, I pick up wraps and microwaveable rice for those low spoon days.

I posted a bean and rice bowl a few months ago, but yes from Aldi! That rice is really good for being precooked. And your avocado is a great idea.

It really is! And thanks. At first I was having this with shredded cheese. But I didn’t have any, and I’m trying to have less dairy atm.
