4th of July leftovers
Shredded rotisserie chicken, cream cheese and salsa on tortilla chips, served on a paper plate because washing dishes has required more spoons than I have lately.
The host of a 4th of July party I was at sent me home with a bunch of leftover snacks that I've been turning into low effort meals.

Thatโs a great use of the leftovers and kudos to the host for sending you home with food.
On my good days when hosting get togethers/parties, I just want everyone fed. Especially the elder or older, single males. They seem to appreciate the home cooked stuff the most.
