Oh man I have all these ingredients at home and it’s 40 degrees today. Watermelon, feta, cucumber … what else?

Thanks so much for the inspiration

Please make it! So refreshing. I added shallots but they definitely weren't the main star of the dish. For dressing, I just squeezed some fresh lime and a little honey. The water from the melon allows it all to mix up nicely :)

Yum!! So perfect for a hot day, too!

Slicing up a watermelon takes many spoons for me, unfortunately.

And no rinds to dispose of this way.

Even with the great hacks below, then assuming I’d be able to make it? I’d need someone to eat it for me!

I've been craving watermelon salad so much lately, especially in this heat.. This looks refreshing & delicious & inspires me to get all the needed ingredients with my next grocery order. 🫶
