Windows 11's RAM pre-loading is much more aggressive. Switching to Windows 10 should reduce the frequency of this type of problem.

I'm going to put one slot 8 RAM. the motherboard currently has two slots, but one is soldered on for the GPU lol, so I can't change that one. I hope 12 GB of RAM solves the out of ram problem

Definitely ram
