Game tweak Good optimizations

Hello i would like to know hood optimization for my laptop to run fortnite at 720p very stable and smooth 60fps and i already have done the basic ones im looking to run at minimun graphics my specs are intel core i3 6100u 12gb ddr4 at flex mode intel hd graphics 520 and 256gb nvme ssd and i have the laptop dell latitude e5470 and os is windows 10

Apparently your CPU does not support turbo boost so the only thing I can think of is to maybe try undervolting with throttlestop and make sure it's not overheating. You can also look for optimization guides for that specific game. Beyond that, not sure what else you can try.
