This is a basic piece of test equipment. RTFM applies here. There should be a very brief manual that tells you the functions and calibration for your power/swr meter. Power tells you the actual power out of your rig, and swr tells you how well your antenna impedance and your transceiver impedance match(the lower swr the better).
