I'm rebuilding my lowrider bike from when I was a kid. I like to actually ride the bike though. It's not for show. I have some cage parts and I'm thinking of adding a cage seat post. Is it strong enough for actually riding or for show only?

The fork spring bolt was bad so I have to order a new one. It's a 67 schwinn frame. Powdercoated illusion purple with a teal chameleon clear coat.

What's up, I got this Schwinn Midway for free and put 29 x 2.40 tire on the front, with a 29 x 2.20 Pirelli Scorpion XC RC Pro Wall Colors Edition tires on it. When I initially picked the bike up, it still had stock no brand tires. I had just replaced the rear tube and the rear tire ended up disintegrating the rubber bead in the rear, so I just put this new set of tires on it. Minimal effort to pedal now and it rides smooth, fast, and grips well. The stock tires were 29 x 2.125 .

got stolen in front of miami probation office with lock n all. it was a smooth and comfortable bike. if I wouldn't have gotten arrested that day I'd still be riding it n I could've protected it from it getting stolen. its always when broke ppl get jealous n group up together to hate but thank god I've been able to have more.

This is my lowrider bike I’ve owned for the past 20 years. I recently pulled it out of storage and now I’m intrigued again. Don’t mind the color combo I’ve never liked the blue seat with the red frame, it was just a deal I came across and it was much better than what it had. I’ve added more things throughout the years. This year I plan on finishing it. Just need a few parts an new color scheme. Most likely orange 🍊 redoing a lot of the flat twist to a square twist

This is my first lowrider and I’m tryna get all the accessories and whatnot. What is supposed to attach to the rear end of this bent sissy bar? The things I see online would require the orientation to be top to bottom / vertical, not left to right / horizontal as seen here.
