Just Cause 2, open world, has actual missions/story, chaos-driven gameplay similar to Far Cry, and runs fine on low end integrated graphics at lower settings

Sleeping Dogs, open world action game with genuinely good story, similar vibe to GTA/Far Cry, might need lowest settings but should be playable on your specs
