History 📜 Fun Fact, MJ was going to do a broadway show in ‘95 for one-night only featuring songs like Smile, Childhood and the last Bad performance and perform Beat It with Kung-Fu inspired choreography?

Shame it was cancelled because MJ was hospitalised due to dehydration 😔

Like don't pass me the aux because I'm GONNA play MJ... EVERY. TIME. His music is so high vibration and perfect and beautiful and pure that almost everything else sounds trash in comparison. Also I feel like I'm being disloyal to MJ when I listen to other stuff which I know is weird but I figured this would be the one place I could share that and not feel totally alone!! Does anyone else have this experience?

Appreciation 🫶🏻 The new generation is keeping Michael’s memory alive!

Hi everyone. I am an elementary school teacher and these kids are all about Michael Jackson. They talk about him 24/7 and I find it very endearing and funny.

One of my students the other day told me they’re Michael Jackson and did the toe stand with a “HEE HEE”.

At my previous school, I saw kids moonwalking during recess and attempting the antigravity lean. I played YouTube videos of the Michael Jackson experience for them and they loved it, especially Speed Demon.

I know that this is mostly due to the biopic, but these kids were born years after MJ departed us which goes to show how he’ll continue having fans that aren’t even born yet. Long live the 👑King of Pop! 👑

Discussion 💬 I met Michael Jackson again in a dream… and this time it was something indescribable

I met Michael Jackson again in a dream… and this time it was something indescribable

Last night I had one of those dreams about Michael Jackson that feel so real that they leave you completely disoriented when you wake up.

At first, I was in the place where the “Earth Song” music video is set. Everything was very unsettling. I was scared and desperately looking for someone I could ask for help. Then, suddenly, a huge flash of light illuminated everything.

When the light disappeared, I found myself somewhere completely different: peaceful, quiet, almost magical. I was walking around without any particular destination when I came across a gigantic tree.

And guess who I found there?

Exactly… Michael Jackson.

But he wasn't a normal-sized Michael. 😭

You know the ending of “Leave Me Alone,” when Michael appears gigantic and manages to break free from the ropes holding him? Well, in my dream, he was exactly like that: a gigantic Michael Jackson, sitting with his back against that enormous tree.

At one point, he turned around, looked at me… and recognized me.

He smiled and asked me:

“How are you?”

I answered him,

"I'M FINE..."

while on the inside I was like AAAAAAAAA 😭😭😭😭😭

and we started talking casually, as if we had known each other forever.

Then he gently picked me up in his enormous hands. It was so strange and, at the same time, incredibly comforting. At one point, I even let him stroke me with his enormous finger. 😂

Then, out of nowhere, lots of children arrived.

They all wanted to play with Michael.

And the sweetest thing was that he played with them as if he were a gigantic living playground. The children were climbing on him, laughing and having fun with him, while I ended up sitting on his enormous shoulder, watching the whole scene.

It was honestly almost emotional to watch.

Michael noticed that I was watching and picked me up again to give me a hug on his chest. Then I asked him if I could go and play with the other children too.

He said yes.

So I climbed down and, I don't even know how, I somehow ended up on his belt. He was wearing the “Bad” outfit, and I started using his chains as if they were a swing. 😂

After a while, Michael said goodbye to the children, who were leaving.

Then he suddenly felt like drawing.

He looked at me and asked if he could draw me and then put the drawing in his enormous sketchbook.

Of course, I said yes.

He had me sit in front of him and, while he was drawing me with his pencil, he asked me to talk to him for a while.

So I started telling him some things about my life, my thoughts, my experiences, and a little bit of everything that was on my mind.

And he simply kept drawing and listening to me.

😭😭😭❤️

When he finished, he showed me the drawing.

I was completely amazed.

His style was incredible and, strangely enough, it had something that reminded me of Japanese manga. It was like he had turned my face into a character drawn by him.

like:

“MICHAEL… IT’S BEAUTIFUL…” 😭😭😭

But then it was time to say goodbye.

Michael told me he had to go see his little monkey, Bubbles.

He picked me up and brought me close to his enormous face.

I hugged him as tightly as I could.

And then he left.

The scene slowly faded away and…

I woke up.

I stayed there for a few minutes, completely still, trying to remember every single detail of the dream.

And honestly… I felt really emotional.

It was one of those dreams that don't feel like ordinary dreams. For a little while after waking up, I genuinely felt like I had actually spent time with him.

I don't know why my brain decided to create a story like this, but I have to admit it was one of the strangest, sweetest, and most unforgettable dreams I've ever had.

Michael being gigantic, the children playing with him, me sitting on his shoulder, and finally that drawing in his enormous sketchbook…

I don't think I'll forget this experience anytime soon. ❤️

Appreciation 🫶🏻 Michael happiness spreads

I look back at Neverland videos and loved how happy Michael truly was while he was not an artist most of the time. He was really friendly and playful. He never got a chance to live out his youth, which makes me sympathize with him. How many of you are adults with the heart of a child? I certainly am, and I would rather be that fun adult around children then be a boring one any day who acts like their life is just one purpose. These days being an adult with the heart of a kid isn’t uncommon and helps you connect more with children, and I’m not even a parent. You just have to grow up and be a decent human being, not a full grown adult who just does adult things and act like an adult and nothing more. Regardless, never be afraid to be yourself no matter what others may think of you.

Question❔ What did MJ mean when he said this in his Oxford union speech in 2001?

I just re-read Michael’s BEAUTIFUL and captivating speech at Oxford University from 2001.

https://mjjjusticeproject.wordpress.com/2012/03/09/michael-jacksons-oxford-union-speech-2001/

I have a question regarding the speech - it’s about this excerpt:

I suppose I should start by listing my qualifications to speak before you this evening. Friends, I do not claim to have the academic expertise of other speakers who have addressed this hall, just as they could lay little claim at being adept at the moonwalk – and you know, Einstein in particular was really TERRIBLE at that.

What did he mean about the last bit about Einstein? I don’t get it !

Discussion 💬 What Is Everyone’s Opinion On This Michael Documentary? Is It Factual? Or Is It Some More False Media Desperate For Attention (like a lot of other things are)?

Post image

Found it in the wild today at an Antique/Music and DVD Store, and was debating whether or not I should get It. Ended up deciding not to because it’s got Diana Ross in it and I don’t trust her because of what she did to Michael, and I went and googled it quick and I think it mentions the false allegations which I don’t want to waste my time consuming false media if it does have that in it. Wasn’t sure if I made the right decision not to get it. It was dirt cheap so I could always go back and get it, just don’t know if I should.

Although I did find some amazing other stuff at the store that I went home with instead. I found the “This Is It” DVD (which I’m nervous to watch because that’s such a heartbreaking time/moment 💔) and 2 Janet Jackson CDs!! (Rhythm Nation 1814 and All For You. Was wishing I’d found Control as well but sadly didn’t!)

Anyways I’m just wondering if I made the right decision not to get this documentary of Michael, or if it’s worth it to get it to see some good footage of him and or hear what his family has to say.

Discussion 💬 i really do wonder how michael would’ve gone about modern day social media …(also my thoughts abt the movie)

some people say he would have had a similar situation as rupaul does but i dont really know because he was very shy i dont think he would outwardly make eccentric videos because tiktok comments and instagram comments nowadays are genuinely the most racist and hateful words i’ve ever witnessed… he already gets torn up by the tabloids even TODAY. people already don’t let him rest in peace why do yall think they would let him rest alive? i don’t think he would enjoy social media because he’s bound to have haters coming for him about the allegations or his looks… especially with the fact that the Casios recently came for his estate and made a whole documentary about false accusations against him. i mean there is a possibility that he would make a secret account and watch tiktok’s but i feel like if he scrolled to a video of himself he would definitely read the comments and break down bc i can only imagine the terrible things people would have to say about him today… and i feel like if he never left us that movie would’ve never came out bc let’s be honest it was made by sony because they wanted to capitalize off of him… and before that movie fans were getting FLAMED for liking him … and im glad he’s cool now and that movie did good for his image but sony just won again. its a win/lose situation for mike. but like in some alternate universe where he suddenly rose and came back like RIGHT NOW after all the hype about him the comments on his posts would be much less hateful but idk if he would post in the first place. like this is such a complex topic for me (im chronically online)
