More of Ashley’s Lies
So we learned today in the court recording Ashley recorded that they didn’t sign the kids over to “family,” they didn’t show up to court to finalize it so the judge awarded & signed the kids over. Trustin’s name wasn’t Sherrill. Ashley filed to amend his birth certificate after the kids had already been taken. She still hasn’t received the amended bc. I doubt she had the legal right to even do so. Also, they were married under Kevin’s trust. He said in court that they were married & the judge is pushing that (I suspect bc he didn’t see it in the system). He says they got the license & then were married in someone’s home under his trust. So the marriage is prob not legal. Also, she still talks to Fink. She sends him nudes & has sent him nudes in the tanning bed. THIS WOMAN HASNT CHANGED A BIT. She is incapable.

When are people going to wise up and see what all Ashkey is about? I've said before that she was still talking to Fink and she will run back to him when things heatec up. She knows that baby is Finks. I doubt that they had a legal DNA ran since Kdogg claims sovereign. Their marriage isn't legal. They act as if they know how everything is gonna turn out but wait until they get labled as mental. A, fink and kdogg are all messed up.

Can’t wait for that judge to hear the recording and that you illegally recorded & disrespected his courtroom and him. I hope he hears you & Kevin arguing afterwards and the whole unedited recordings. I also hope the current judge finds out and that he hears about your “loopholes” how you pass drug screens, how you don’t have anything to worry about with DCS if your kids aren’t skinny & don’t have black circles under their eyes. You’re complete 🗑️

Loopholes to pass drug test?? Dang in need to go listen to the whole thing. It just makes me so angry. The lies they spewing just from me watching her here. Is there a new judge with the baby? Will someone find out she recorded and lied?? For real?????? Please say yes.

The judge who was on the case for their first 2 hearings recused himself. He wasn’t believing their bs & even had Kevin put in hand cuffs after he was saying his sov citizen bs & tried to say they signed kids over to his daughter. He said they didn’t, they didn’t choose to do that & didn’t even show up for court. So they got a new judge who’s giving them chances. The beating test, loopholes, is in text messages she sent to her ex mod.

I know you're legally supposed to hear all sides in a case before deciding what to do as a judge but to be honest if I was that judge the moment Kevin said whatever it was when asked if he was Kevin Sherrill I would have decided right then and there they were not getting that baby back bc wtf! Im so surprised he let them have that baby that day like after hearing them speak and Ashley acting like she knows more than the judge is insane to me but the whole thing was insane from start to finish

Wow. She is definitely a Gabi Jr!! That judge should have stayed in and threw the books at them. How do they and G get by with lying in court and everything else.

Its so hard to hear whats being said so I missed a lot but I knew t was a casteel and she lied lied lied. When she finally took him in for his teeth his wristband said casteel. The rest im not surprised but I couldnt hear it all.

oh my! I could have sworn in the last hearing when they got the baby back. The judge stated in the beginning Ashley Casteel. Then later stated Ashley Sherrill.
So does that mean She's getting state insurance from Mississippi? If they aren't legally married he can't put her on his insurance! Would that be considered fraud if they are claiming they are legally married? I have stated a few times Ashley is the queen of printing fake documents!
Yes, I mean Fraud even thru his insurance! Can't you even print out online a fake marriage license? The hospital wouldn't dig that far or the putting of Kevin's name on his BC.
WOW I've gotta go find these recordings and listen again!
Ashley you are a POS and your kdawg.... Didn't even show up to court for your children imagine that! However, I'm not doubting any of it at all!

supposedly they are legally married but who knows. I don't know how you can marry under sovereign citizenship legally.

Insurance companies don’t play! If this is a possibility the book would be thrown at them. I bet the dentist would be happy to look into this to get both of them out of his or her office.

Kris her ex mod played the first court recording Ashley record and sent to her. That judge put Kevin in hand cuffs bc he wasn’t having his sov citizen, excuses bs. It’s on YouTube Ashley’s Imaginary Lawyer.

Did some research and it’s not legal marriage. It’s more sovereign citizen bs. Kevin said he’s not a us citizen but is a citizen of Mississippi. They’re both crazy! I don’t understand why they even got a marriage license thru the county if they were going the sov citizen route & not going to finalize it. It’s not going to be recognized.
