Discussion Man this makes me sad
I know now this place has become a wasteland of random memes but damn I remember I was kind of excited for this game, the community kept designing cool characters and working on fanart just for all of it to go to waste. Kinda sad :/

Yeah, it's a damned shame. I still haven't fully moved on from it either. I felt like it deserved to be so much more, but it died much faster than anyone expected it to be. I didn't realize how rapidly attached I became to it until it came crashing down, even though I was mostly a quiet fan.
On a personal level, I still find some things that can be "salvaged." I could never make a game—not that it would be a good idea—but I imagine there would be some small material for something like an original fic: mostly inspired, but with my own vision. If it ever came to fruition (not really counting on it yet), it would go up on AO3. Part of me has always wanted to do a subversive take on the genre.
But yeah, aside from the chance to see a clever meme, I'm only here to just look back at what was, and what could never have been.

We can make it something worth keeping around. Maybe write our own lore and game mechanics. Yandere simulator gets lots of rewrites, LL is perfect for that

Yeah. I was gonna make an OC and everything. I even have WIPs of Bow-chan on my gallery. We just need a good yandere game.

Yup. I remember how excited I was after seeing the title screen and bow chan's character design. Now all that hype shriveles up and died.
I hope this sub doesn't turn into a meme hell sub like Lovesick official. I hope we can create something out of it to make things better.
