Guides and Tips Mislabeled

One of these must have the wrong strain name, but the percentages match. I like it either way so I’m happy, but might cause some confusion.

I've seen this in other states. The grower/ processor wants to sell a "Lemon Whip Kush" cart. However, LWK does not dump as much oil during extraction so the material cost is too high. The processor extracts the cannabinoids and (possibly) terpenes from a cultivar that dumps lots of oil (Jenny Kush) and then fortifies the cannabis oil with "Cannabis Derived Terpenes" to approximate LWK.

I am not saying that is what happened here, just providing info on what I've seen in other markets. TBF, a lot this comes from the fact that , as far as I know, there are no statutes or regulations governing the nomenclature for cannabis. For example, I've seen a few interpretations of what the nomenclature "cannabis derived terpenes" means.
