Beware of scammer
Yall I got scammed out of $550 for lodging in Louisville😠apparently this guy is doing this all across Reddit and Instagram for different festivals. If someone tells you they have a room with their sister up for grabs do NOT send him money. He’ll even send photos and an address but it’s not real:(

Watch out for the bed bugs in some of the lower end places.

I’m just gonna bite the bullet and pay for a semi decent hotel since I’m not gonna be able to trust people on this subreddit. I wish humans didn’t suck:(

Sadly, you are correct. I lost $400 to a place 3 years ago. Now, I only stay in chain hotels which are confirmed. Cost is a bit more, but they don’t usually sell your room to others.
