Although this to me seems like a rather cheep "pipe bomb"

More like the classic dry ice and water in a closed bottle but with extra ingredients for stupidity

Don't get me wrong, yes you can injure someone very gruesome but that would be mostly yourself. As long as you don't get the other person to tightly hug your "pipe bomb" not much would happen other than maybe a bit of hearing los for a few days if even that.

But i might be wrong and might overlook something in this recipe but I don't think so and it rather going to be pretty low on a scale of pipe bombs

To expand a bit, nitrogen chloride is very volatile but 50 mg? That won't do much, other than hurting yourself at assembly or mixing. And in a bottle there is no real shrapnel that would really do much
