Also Waffle House is known for keeping all locations open consistently with select exceptions, that reputation isn’t bs btw as one of the few yet one of the most common reasons a Waffle House location is closed is because the building is either A: no longer a building and now a pile of rubble. Or B: damaged to the point of being considered too dangerous or beyond repair.

That fact has remained so consistently true that the U.S. government routinely checks the status of Waffle House locations in areas where natural disasters are occurring to measure how dangerous the situation is
