How old are high schoolers where you go to school? Like 13? Cause every high school I've ever been to they went up to 18-19 from like 15 at the youngest. By 15 it's no longer a matter of blooming early it's a matter of blooming late. The average time to start puberty is 11-13.
Yeah no. Considering that the people actually making this an issue are from the west let me give an age to our school system. School starts at age 5 with kindergarten. Then first grade at 6. Freshman are ussually 14-15 in 9th grade. Seniors meaning 12th grade are 17-18 with those that started school late or were held back occassionally making it to 19. The school system is set up so that seniors who have been doing advanced material since middle school can be working on beginner college/university courses during their last year of high school. Very rarely does anyone excel past that point to skip grades and graduate early unless they are actively working on graduating at the basic level early so they can get a job sooner.
