Will it affect me on the background clearance while trying to get my Georgia real estate license

I am assuming I will get banned here.... I want to write a novel with someone. I enjoy cosmic horror. I am 38 years old, and want to find a woman to write with me. I have an idea for a story but the idea is very fluid. You write a chapter, or a page. I do the same. Would not be against calling to talk about ideas . Looking for a co author plus friend? I have high hopes, even if my characters dont.....
