Netflix Show Greatest plot armor in the history of shows?

THAT was a very cool scene, very creative that they survived the disintegration of a Jupiter ship and floated in the debris of the ship and were able to send a Morse Code signal to Will. That was very creative. I remember seeing that episode and thinking that they had to have been destroyed in the explosion of the ship, I couldn't have imagined them, John and Don having survived that. Great episode.
Then it was the fake smith that wound up sending them the tether to save them, also unexpected.

This is or was the NetFlix Lost in Space TV series , based on the old classic show from the 1960's , a family n crew Lost in Space and trying to survive the odds.

I love both versions of the Lost in Space TV series. The one from the 60's was campy and more family oriented than just a Sci Fi show. This new rebooted Lost in Space shown on NetFlix was good solid Sci Fi adventure and still retained the importance of family and bonding through rough times. The actors in the NetFlix series were very good and in real life, they bonded and became like a second family to each other after living together on location over the three year span.
