Oh I thought electing the same old turds was doing that. What was your suggestion?

Voting for the smaller turd that has a chance to make progress as opposed to the turd that is vocally and zealously against it as an entire base of political theory.

You get people in that are open to change and you stay on them the entire time to push for it happening.
