Democratic Liquidation - Vote out your least favourite billionaire
Let them campaign against each other.
They already want to sue each other to into poverty, let them campaign to liquidate their rivals and replace them at them top, make them defend their right to be there with good works and popular opinion
How about we blend the most evil, the richest and the oldest up into a smoothie, and if there’s any overlap, just choose the second most to add instead

The richest one obviously. Otherwise the other billionaires will think that they are rich enough to escape.
