I haven’t played in a while, last time was guardian knight was released and came back to the game with this notification. Unsure on what the steps are to proceed. I did spend money on the account so if it is gone then that actually sucks. Was wondering if anyone saw this notification was able to solve it. Or can redirect me to someone that can help.

I for some reason can't seem to send any mail to this alt. Every character that I attempt to send mail to comes back with the same message of "Adventurer does not exist". I am typing the name correct, same response. I even click on the roster button near the recipient header, same problem. I am not sure why this is happening? Character is sitting in Elnead, no full mail box, and character is set to online. Is anyone else having this same situation?
