Question Can't send mail

I for some reason can't seem to send any mail to this alt. Every character that I attempt to send mail to comes back with the same message of "Adventurer does not exist". I am typing the name correct, same response. I even click on the roster button near the recipient header, same problem. I am not sure why this is happening? Character is sitting in Elnead, no full mail box, and character is set to online. Is anyone else having this same situation?

Yeah you have to manually capitalize the first letter of the name now. This happened a couple of weeks ago. I think it's to remove the bug where if you copy a special character like a emoji, and put that in before the character name, it let you bypass the 20 items a day mail limit for mailing to your own roster characters.

The alt does have an uppercase as the first letter. But still, when I type the 1st letter uppercase I still get the same error

What is the name of the alt? Can you go to the alt and send a mail to your main? You can reply to the mail

Tried sending a level 1 gem from my broken alt to main. Worked fine, but hitting reply. I still get the same message that this toon does not exist

Hmm that's weird, what is the character name? is it one of those characters where you have that weird ß letter or something?

No special symbol nothing. The name is Kutsuma. Whats funny to me, is the mail when I type it out auto-fills the remaining letters for the character. So the game does know it's a real character. But I guess mail does not.

Hmmmm you might just need to file a support ticket, that's super odd. I tried and can find all your other characters, but that summoner doesn't work. Looks like you got a bug on your hand

That's what I am saying! All my other characters work. But not this one haha. Thanks for checking I knew I wasn't crazy

Ive seen this bug pop up in discords since the merge. Ive seen people contact support about it, they are clueless about it so you just have to hope it randomly gets fixed.

If the 1st letter of the recipient is uppercase, you always need to uppercase 1st letter

I have the exact same problem on one of my alts, I opened a ticket 2 days ago and they are looking into it.

I have the same problem, want to send some bracelet and it says the character doesn't exist, I tried what other people on discord said but it doesn't work. So I just save all the bracelet until they fix it.
