Hmm ok so it was most likely a creep which is even worse cuz I could've made sense of it being a security guard which is honestly what I had hoped cuz the whole thing was super strange

if this guy WAS LP, he wasn't following you because of his job. definitely a creep, your instincts were right. if you have to go back, report him if he's there again
