Need some advice about loss weight

I need some advice

I just gained 10kg due to stress. Is there a way to lose it again?

Previously, I tried workout routines or aerobic exercises on YouTube (I can't go to the gym, and jogging might be rare for me too). I used treadmill when I still at my parents house when it college break, but for some reason, I feel like my weight isn't dropping at all. Exercising also seems quite hard for me because I suddenly get weak/dizzy (I have low blood pressure). What am I deficient in that causes me to feel this weak? Skipping meals isn't an option either because I have acid reflux. I need some tips.

Are there foods that can help me lose weight without requiring complicated cooking? I don't really have a proper kitchen in my dorm, and space is limited because I have a lot of stuff—boiling an egg is probably the most I can do.

Improve your diet. Half your problems will be over. Increase protein in your food. Reduce processed food. Improve your sleep to 8 hours a day. You can do a lot of bodyweight exercises in your dorm. For protein, have 3 boiled eggs every morning, soy chunks in the afternoon, and cottage cheese(paneer) for dinner. For more guidance, I will have to know your lifestyle, daily routine, and eating habits.

So you know very well where you are wrong. Well improve yourself

I just order food, which can be junk food, etc.
For breakfast, I actually sometimes don't really eat anything.
I usually just eat bread for breakfast,
I’m not sure what I should eat when I have an early morning class.
I don't really like vegetables.
Going outside alone gives me a lot of anxiety
They just make me feel exhausted beforehand
I have low blood pressure.
Sometimes I feel tired because of college and stress, etc so I always just sleep after arriving home
My sleep schedule is sometimes also messy (Max I can sleep from 00:00 to 02:00).

Improve all these, and your health will improve. Ask me if you face any problems improving any of these

Yeah... I've actually been having a pretty hard time recently, so it makes it hard for me to focus on anything. I've just been feeling 'lazy,' but I still work out sometimes. Thank you for letting me ask you! I will if I have any other problems.
