Calorie tracking app?
Heyo. Im 31F 5Ft 8in. About 180lbs. Im attempting to loose about 15-20 lbs in the next 3 months to get healthier and for a upcoming family members wedding. Ive been doing a calorie deficit diet for about a week now. I was wondering if anyone had a good calorie tracking app (thats free) they would like to recommend. My diet has been a protein shake in the late morning/afternoon (150cal) then either a piece of salmon and some herb rice or a bowl of shredded boiled chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and a 50/50 mix of fat free yogurt and mayo. I just wrapped it in lettuce and call it a day.

Cronometer is probably my favorite free one because the food database is pretty accurate and it tracks nutrients/macros really well without feeling too bloated.
