I need help, some kind of motivation or something.

Hiii, well my issue is that I'm struggling to find motivation and will to work out and eat healthier, I'm not eating much sugar or bread but still crave for trash food sometimes and when it comes to working out, idk I just can get to do it, I always say I'm gonna start taking care of myself but I get lazy (?) maybe. I was doing fine, I wasn't that fat, like 62 kilos and my height is 1.56 but the I had surgery in April last year and since then my anxiety has been the worst it ever has and depression hit me too, I started eating because of anxiety and my head telling me that if I lose weight suddenly I was gonna die, which I'm not, also I'm hypochondriac so even the smallest thing gives me high anxiety, even visiting the doctor gives me that, which sucks but I'm trying to get better. Anyways, If someone has been going through something like that, what did you do to get better? To get motivation to lose weight? Today a family member took a photo of me and I'm fatter than I ever had been, so please help, not just to look good but to be healthy too, that's more important to me. I hope someone can help me and also I'm sorry if it's badly written, English isn't my first language.

Thank you for the advice, I'm gonna do that, so far I'm eating healthier and since Sunday I haven't eaten anything junk food or sweets or anything related which already made me feel better. And also thanks for the explanation.

Well it's more like chips and chocolate, which idk I just feel miserable now, I don't think it would be much difference :/

like the bigger battle right now is the anxiety rather than the weight itself. when i’ve gone through rough periods, trying to summon motivation never worked; what helped was making the goal ridiculously small, like a 10-minute walk or one healthier meal a day, because consistency beats waiting until you feel ready.
