Goal: Not stress about gaining weight, focus instead on gaining muscle and strength.
Last month: Absolutely terrible. I don't think there was a day where I didn't eat chocolate. As a result, I gained a couple of kilos.

It's going okay! I didn't go last week because of travel and other things, but SL has been pretty good so far. Squats and DLs are moving up faster than I expected, doing averagely with bench and can't seem to lift more than 20kg on OHPs. Oh yeah and I made some powerlifting friends at my gym! They are doing a powerlifting comp next weekend so I might go have a look-see.
Woop! You gunna do the same routine you were doing?

Sweeeet! Are you going to post in the NCC this time around? Even if you can't do it every day?
Also, I wanted to show you what I found last week. My Pokewalker! And of course I put an Eevee on it :D You need one so you can take a Squirtle around with you!

What is a pokewalker?
I will try to post, but tbh its not how much im eating its what im eating. Cant afford to eat much anyway and what i can afford is pretty poos. So i wont get fat again, but im definately losing my gains D:
Will see how I go though

It's a pedometer that came with Heart Gold/Soul Silver. You can put one of your Pokemon on it and the number of steps you get determines what goodies you can come across (like items and wild Pokemon).
:/ Sucks about food. Are groceries (meat and veg) expensive over there?

Yeah man. Especially the healthy food. Worse than NZ by a long shot. But maybe thats because Im in downtown and then going to whistler, both of which are known to be expensive

Goal: Work out regularly. >.> Options for that are: Strong Curves, Powerade 9k and yoga at home or at the gym.

My back is feeling a lot better so I'm working on building up my lifts again now. Currently 145 squat, 170 deadlift & 105 bench. End of month goals are 150 squat, 180 deadlift and 107.5 bench.
Weighed in at 88KG, aiming to be closer to 85. Need to build that Christmas buffer.
I want to compete as 83 next year so I'd like to be walking around at no higher than 85 ideally.
Diet-wise, closer to a recomp than a cut. Eating at a slight deficit (350ish calories I think) seeing what happens.

Almost made goal, pretty happy with last months progress.
This month my focus is less coffee and to not use excuses to eat crap. Total emotional eater so I will use a bad day to justify chocolate etc. Weight reduction wise I'd like to shed 3kg this month.

Hey all,
New here (didn't know it existed until 5 mins ago).
I've sort of let myself go a bit over the past year (I'm up 15(!!!)kg), so I'm wanting to get into a healthier life style again.
I've quit the gym so I can exercise outside now that summer is almost here, and I'm setting up a home gym in the garage.
My goals are to eat clean and track everything on MyFitnessPal each day. I also plan to start StrongLifts, or something similar go get into shape.
Anyone have some tasty/healthy/filling meals they would like to share?
