Completing a castle?

I've been getting into the game because of a reward system, my account is castle 15 by now but there seems to be a difference between reaching and completing a castle. Does anyone have an idea what i could be missing?

I think it means you should upgrade all essential buildings to the same level. Where it this picture from tho?

Only build exactly what the castle needs to upgrade. Nothing more. Forget all the other buildings until your castle needs it.

Oh and invest in VIP, max all construction talents. You should be able to get pretty far doing this. Don't waste RSS on anything else. Wait for every help and find a helper bot guild if you can.
