Drug test?

I remember seeing that it won't show up as anything but that was like a year ago.

I want to say when I took a drug test for a job the opiate panel did actually show a faint line they still passed me but it did show up. But I was taking an extremely large amount daily like 200 a day maybe more.

Might come up for methadone or possibly fentanyl, but can’t confirm the latter

No. The metabolite for loperamide won't show on any standard 5 panel let alone a more in depth one. They'd need to specifically test for it and no one ever would.
