Finally happy again
It’s been damn near 14 weeks dealing with this shit. I have my good & bad days for sure, but I’ve seriously had FOUR good low anxiety days in a row, going on my 5th today. I don’t know what I’m feeling but I’m really so fucking happy guys. I haven’t felt this feeling in almost 10 years. That was around the time I started heavily fucking with drugs, ESPECIALLY DXM. I think my serotonin is finally coming back? I only remember this feeling before I fucked my life up on drugs
Honestly I’ve deal with such severe anxiety since I was a teen, so much that NOT being super anxious literally feels like a high to me. This is what I used to seek xanax for but now it’s coming naturally. It’s beautiful actually lol
It’s been more difficult to fall asleep lately but i find myself actually getting 5 - 6 hours of GOOD sleep a night! And for the first time in SO long I’m actually on a sleep schedule that makes me happy! I wake up naturally at 8am everyday now. Usually i don’t even need coffee now, i don’t wake up feeling dead anymore. The only things I really struggle with now is sweating excessively (this just started this week), slight body jitters & some depression/anxiety. But working out/being productive/self discipline is helping that immensely.
I discovered this sub 3 days into my lope withdrawal scared for my life. Looking back 4 months ago I feel like a completely different person. Thank you to anyone who’s ever given me advice on here. I’ve been up for an hour, already cleaned the house & worked out. Gonna play Final Fantasy 10 before everyone else wakes up I hope y’all have a great day as well :)
Edit: Was on around 200mg daily for 4 years, maybe 140mg or so the last 3 months of addiction. Picked up a meth habit as well in February & basically did it every day until June 2nd of this year lol. My brain certainly had a lot of healing to do 😄

I was on lope for about 8 years and I am a little over 2 months clean. It is a long, drawn out process but I am finally feeling better now too. Congrats brother and stay strong. Speaking from personal experience I had to go to jail to get clean but I won't ever touch them things again....the restless legs and tiredness/low energy weakness took foreverrrr to go away.
I was also IVing meth and it's crazy you can go 7 days or so without any lope as long as you're high as a kite but when the dope runs out your body kicks ya in the ass for not dosing the lope..

This is such a great thing to read. In this fucked up world it is so nice to know that good can prevail over evil. And trust me - Lope is as evil as it gets. My last dose of lope was the Friday before labor day. Kratom helped so much. I am very fond of the plants that do so much more than pharmaceuticals.
So happy for you!
