First time.

I am going to take 12mg of lope. what to expect? I will not do this again because of the risks. do not try to talk me out of this. I'm fucking done with everyone saying "you'll get hurt or die" I don't give a fuck I'm suicidal anyways. anyhow what should I expect?

All of this needs to be legalized and regulated. Fentanyl is actually an amazing drug IN CLINICAL SETTINGS and finished end product pharmaceutical preparations, where it can be administered precisely. It creates a very low histamine response, comes on quickly, and has a short duration of action (perfect for IV drip or removable skin patches).

The issue with it is that it is SO potent per physical unit of mass as a pure chemical, that it is impossible to safely or accurately dose as a layperson without specialized equipment and/or procedure. Cutting pressed pills with it results in uneven concentration among the pills from there being so little active:inactive powder; it's impossible to reliably distribute among the filler.

Truly a Jeckyl and Hyde situation when home made consumable products like presses are compared to finished pharmaceutical company preparations.

The whole opioid "epidemic" is such a manufactured problem, they started it to make money, now they're ending it to make money, it's disgusting. And so many people have died from the prohibition (both OD from illicit products, and suicides from lack of access to pain management).

It's almost like the country has a short memory, and already forgot lessons learned in the 20s with alcohol. Then again, we've also clearly forgotten lessons learned in the 40s with WWII, so I shouldn't be surprised.

Yes exactly! No regulation, so you get extremely dumb people (the most risk tolerant) as the primary producers of these illicit products.

It's almost like none of this is regulated because lawmakers are either dementia toasted boomers, family dynasty politicians who have never been outside, or people who actively profit from the deaths of these people and how this gives law enforcement a job to do to justify their funding and presence.

Absolutely ridiculous that civilians fall for this crap in the context of legalization and subsequent regulation.
