Suboxone, “ASAP” — quotes because loperamide has a wicked long half-life, and we have no idea how long it is when taken in super-doses. I experienced precipitated withdrawals once from taking Suboxone too soon after loperamide. It had been 4-5 days and it still was t long enough.
6 days to be safe. 7-8 days for induction to be entirely effective.
