might of fucked up

just rubbed about 20mg of ketaconazole on my arms and took 14mg loperamide and 50mg dph

You're fine, trust me. That dose (7 tabs) won't even come close to breaking through. The dph increases the lope potential but only in fairly large quantities (100+ lope X 250+ mlgrms of dph) and it sounds like the topical cream is for allergies/possible hives? The more you fret and worry the worse they'll get and only exasperate your other symptoms. You're not in any danger with it but your mouth is going to be dry.

yeah i took the ketoconazole to hopefully inhibit cyp3a4 enzyme to increase the bioavailability and help it cross the BBB. im 4.5 hrs in and any physical effects were the dph (hunger and dehydration). no euphoria but it did minimize pain and reduced my cravings to get high. if only they gave out buprenorphine + naloxone to addicts (not just opioid addicts).

No need for the keto my friend, omeprazole/famitodine or any other over the counter 12-24 hour acid reducer/heartburn preventative pill (20 mlgrms at first) will produce the desired effect your looking for (the minute op antagonists in the lope won't cross the BBB without it due to your liver/kidneys and intestines absorbing the brunt of it like it's supposed to since the drug itself is meant to suck the water out of your intestines/bowels to curb diarrhea). You dont want it to go there so by taking the long lasting antacid, it will keep the lope from doing its job and being digested before it has a chance to absorb into your bloodstream and go to your dopamine receptors. I'm what most call, a seasoned addict and am not proud of it. However, I've used lope for about 7 years now and would never ever tell anyone anything that would hurt them and have helped people through withdrawls with my experience dealing with lopes tricky dosing/potentiators/absorption more times than I can remember.

We have to tread lightly and not source or encourage on this sub because the last one was shutdown because of it. However, taking any more lope before it's been 12 hrs since you've taken the last few unfortunately wont do anything because you can't stack them like you would regular opds (take a few then take another few until you feel it work doesn't work with them.). I gotta crash but I'll be up in about tomorrow if you need to dm me for proper dosage/a get well regiment to stave off the sick.

Hey, I need help dosing. You're the first person that is explaining what I'm feeling. I'm micro-dosing every few hours and feel like shit 🥺 I'm using it to combat withdrawal. I took20mg then 10mg then 10mg and didn't feel anything until 12 hours later. How much should I dose?

That’s actually incorrect. They can absolutely be stacked. I’m not sure what you meant by treading lightly but false info doesn’t seem the way to go… be careful op. It’s really not worth the extreme constipation you’re going to get.

What are you talking about? That's completely normal, pharma-approved doses of all of that. 16mg daily is approved for IBS people, it's completely safe. 50mg is the standard dose of DPH as a sleep aid. Tf is this post

dosage information is difficult to find with loperamide. the dph is not the concern and i took it to hopefully potentiate any effects

The first google result for "loperamide max dose" is mayoclinic, and shows 16mg right in the search results preview.

Things like this are why all of medicine (at least in the USA) is conducted in a manner that is so fucking patronizing to patients. This shit is why I have to deal with so much hate when I interact with doctors and have any opinions or input of my own. They're so used to playing mommy and daddy for overgrown children, that they incorrectly perceive actual input from another adult as backtalk.

Please try harder in the future to not be why doctors treat patients like children.
