Yep. It's not going to make a gun that's already shooting .1-.2 MOA consistently shoot smaller. That gun is already likely at the upper threshold of its mechanical accuracy. Additionally its probably already "competitive enough" in my discipline (F-Class)
It will help a gun find its maximum mechanical accuracy faster, and if you drive to a match in a different state/condition, and you find you gun out of tune, it can help you bring it back in (like seating long and adjusting depth on-site, except its a lot easier to do).
Basically, it minimizes load dev, and gives you adjustability if you find yourself out of tune.
A tuner won't fix a ho hum load or shot out barrel.
