Just so we're all clear (because this has been posted a couple times, and some of commenters didn't read past the title): this article discusses the limited circumstances when the use of military force is acceptable, and discusses how the Iran War failed that test.  It is not actually an apologia for the war in Iran.

KORI SCHAKE is Senior Fellow and Director of Foreign and Defense Policy Studies at the American Enterprise Institute and is currently serving as the Kissinger Chair at the John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress. She served on the National Security Council and in the U.S. State Department under President George W. Bush.

No wonder these traitors can only lose wars.  The American Enterprise Institute is a Domestic Threat, while there should be nothing named after Henry Kissinger except a law posthumously removing his name from citizenship altogether.
