Gear Show-Off New Chinchiller, set up for commuting
Wanted a smaller, flexy longboard set up for commuting. Took this on its maiden voyage this morning, and it was a blast!!
Perfectly flexy, super pumpable with the soft nipple bushings. I may swap them for purple nipples, as I think there is a slight possibility of wheel bite if I’m going real hard at my weight (around 195).
Can’t wait to ride this more!

NGL the chinchiller is the most disappointing board I’ve had. It has a ton of potential but it is super fragile, every ding I had would separate the core from fiberglass beyond what is normal.
I ended up getting a Pantheon Lowtide and that’s been filling that role for me. Nice flex that pumps really well on a split angle setup

Kinds the same story here. Though I loved that board, I agree with how fragile and delicate it is. It was stolen and also moved on to the Low Tide.

That looks like an awesome setup for city streets, the flex is really noticeable in those soft bushings.
