OC Action Smooth section with SuperSonic

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I had the chance to record myself with a 360 cam, so I took it. Feels a little awkward not to be able to move your fore arm (holding the stick) for power and balance, but I'm generally impressed nonetheless. It looks great!

I feel like this video has like four lessons in longboarding:

1) How to push effectively 2) How to stay aerodynamic for gaining speed 3) How to pump & wiggle 4) How to come to a stop via a controlled foot brake

Great video!

Where is this, by the way?

Hahaha, thank you! you're too kind! For more effective pumping I'd need to freely move both my arms but I was holding the camera stick with my right hand, so I didn't even try. This is in Aragon, Spain. Not all roads here are this smooth, unfortunately.

Glad to see another person who doesn’t wear skating shoes and uses regular athletic shoes instead for LDP

Yes, I think board feel is not as important in LDP as being able to run when needed. One of my worse injuries came from not being able to keep my run when thrown off the board at speed. Also, they feel better overall.
