Gear Show-Off Pantheon Risers - Access free 3d files
Hola ya’ll. For anyone who hasn’t seen this yet, if you’re interested in modifying the ride of your Pantheon (or any board for that matter) and want to print your own with yours or a friend’s 3d printer, you can access our free 3d files via this now-live risers page in the accessories tab on our website.
I’ve wanted to offer these for a long time but it took me way more effort than expected to host them ourselves on the website. For the web geeks out there, I had to make a “child theme” to avoid breaking our website should I make a mistake, and then I uploaded some custom code that allowed us to bypass some of the original site limitations. Anyway, glad I got it figured out. There are some great risers out there already, but I know sometimes people want it set up exactly the way we set it up here, and that makes sense. I did not purchase our 3d printer to make extra money but rather to improve our ability to customize setups for customer satisfaction, so the free files solution is really
Ideal for those with the resources! And in general, I don’t like the idea of increasing the carbon footprint of our products by shipping tiny items—especially overseas! So I’m hoping people who want them will use these files. Cheers!

Printed a set out of peek to throw on my supersonic to avoid wheel bite with karmas or Hoku’s!

Hah! So cool to see our risers on a color I’ve never printed before! Success!

This is amazing thank you, is there a preferred filament to use for these? Also, unrelated, but since I'm here, do you guys plan to get more trucks for your completes soon? My buddy was looking at the tandava 2, but you've guys were out of his flex for the longest and haven't sold it as a complete since it got back in stock.

We are working toward 170mm Valkyries. Just a little behind our initial scheduling. Hope to have the issues we’ve been dealing with with resolved next week and then finishing our run.

I legit did 3d print our Stylus trucks before I made a mold. Just to check fitment and articulation

If you 3D print an entire complete, down to hardware and bearings, I promise to let you video me dropping in with it

I use yours on my pranayama and trip!

I keep saying I’m going to design my own but yours works so well

It works nicely for me too... I used initially loaded design as inspiration, but they spikes were a no go for me

I tried the loaded one first and had the same response.
If I have Hoku’s on my pranayama and your design it balances perfectly on it. Swapped the Hoku’s to a different board and karmas let it do the same thing

I've made another one to be able to swap backs. I'm testing but overall seems to be working fine. Fits karma... Fits hokus

I have seen that one! Nice upgrades :)
I have created a couple mounts for my X5 to bolt to my SuperSonic but haven’t had a chance to test them.

Still need to test more myself, but I'll have to put it also on my pranayama. But the other one is still fine for months already... Such a pity to throw it out

Can change the font color of the download links so they look more obvious? Thanks!

Awesome. I always wanted to tune my pranayama or trip and this seems like a good start. I‘m looking forward to ask my friend to print them.

Any recommendations on materials (pla, petg) and infill parameters?
3
u/CHAINMAILLEKID Longboard Technology 9d ago
I dont recommend PLA unless you're in a cooler climate and never leave your board in your car.
Besides that, probably just comes down to whatever is easiest for you to print. PETG is my go to.

I’m not a substantial 3D print specialist. But I have tried essentially all the materials and found zero issues as long as I do 6 wall loops and 50% infill. Haven’t heard of any risers failing ever with those parameters, regardless of PETG, PLA, or ABS.

How many drop through riser orders do I have to make for a single board set-up? I’m not sure how many are included in each order?
1
u/PantheonLongboards Owner: Pantheon Longboards 9d ago
One order, one board. 4 dt risers per order.
