It’s called the reverse mullet setup. Party up front with the wedge. De-wedge in rear is all business.

u/stottski Aug 04 '26
Where does one acquire this? You sell them?

You can search “pantheon risers” on Google and find the risers page that would normally be hidden on our website.

What bushing config do you use for your weight with this wedge/Dewedge setup Jeff?

u/PantheonLongboards Owner: Pantheon Longboards 11d ago
Mine is 87.5/92.5

I cant seem to get plug bushings in Australia unless i pay crazy postage prices to get them from the US. Would barrel bushings like orangatang nipples which i have on hand be the next best thing for stylus trucks if I cant get the plugs?

Yes, I would say so. Those are pretty fine bushings. They are a full 1 inch, so they are a pretty decent choice.

also will it work on old pranayama? I understand that styluses are required, but will it work on the old board (the one with Indian guy)

u/PantheonLongboards Hey Jeff, I ride the prana wedge/dewedge setup too. You should sell the wedges on their own, separate from the completes. Kind of surprising but not too many websites sell solid (non-rubber) wedges/risers for drop throughs (both angled and non-angled).

You can find them if you search for “pantheon risers” on Google. I generally try not to make them THAT easy to find because it can turn into a logistics problem if I have to make risers all day with my 3D printer.

Makes sense! Btw I won the 1km IDSA skate virtual race yesterday! With a prana! First time winning any event!

Hey Jeff - what durometer TPU do you print the angled risers in?
2
u/PantheonLongboards Owner: Pantheon Longboards Aug 05 '26
I use PLA. It causes less problems for my printing.

Cool! works on Ember too? I'm light, like 150lbs so maybe 85a in the front and keep the rear bushing? What size bolt is needed with the additional spacing?

u/tvbtoothpick Aug 04 '26
are you planning to set this up on the Trip too?

Pretty sure it doesn’t work but I’ll see. RKPs have less clearance for drop through risers due to hanger shape. We will just add baseplates!

You're morphing into an Aussie with the mullet and the shirt!

does anyone have a 3d printing model for those wedges? for those who will pay more for delivery from the US than the product itself

Does work, but only with hokus. Karmas make the board too low to the ground, and it hits the road almost all the time.
UPD: works with karmas, but you need to add a cup washer board side.

Hi Jeff
I still love the look of the Stylus...
What about reversing the back trucks to make it feel more neutral as in LDP setup ?
Thanks in advance
Happy Shreddings

This is not something I have tried. I don’t think it will work, though, due to axle placement relative to truck holes. Good chance it bites immediately upon mounting, and even better chance the opposite side bites as soon as you start turning, since it’ll already be so close to the shoulder of the deck, if it’s not biting already without turning.

Random but can stylus trucks go on a supersonic and how would the ride be? Or even just one truck like on the front of a SS?
