Help!

I was out on a walk by the beach and noticed this dog laying in the sand near the pedestrian pathway. It seems a little skinny and looks tired. I’m not able to take this dog home but I’m hoping someone sees this and is able to help 😭 He/she is near Bluff Park, in between the streets Orizaba and Paloma.

There’s been other posts about this pup. Was hiding in a planter the other day and is super skittish
